I’ve never heard of El Rey network, but much like that stranger you meet on the street that magically shares all of your best interests they may have just become my new best friend.
The reason? They have gone ahead and picked up the Kickstarter sensation KUNG FURY and will be premiering it May 28th at 6:30 PM EST/5:30 CST.
And this couldn’t make me happier. The short movie itself is an ’80s action movie lovers wet dream, with writer/director/star/action savior David Sandberg seemingly hitting every note right in the original trailer he made for the project. I just can’t wait to see this in all of it’s glory.
