Few games are as legendary as the Metal Gear franchise. Game after game brings intense stories with even more intense gameplay. But one of the more ridiculous aspects of the game has been “the box.” That is, a literal cardboard box you use to hide from impossibly stupid bad guys.
Fortunately the crazy people over at Rooster Teeth have been brave enough to ask the question: can it work? With that as the premise they made an entire video dedicated to this dynamic and it is fairly fun to watch. Dare I say it, hiding in a box with friends may replace “quidditch” as the national sport of dorks. Alas, one can only dream.
