Oh man, this is a lot of fun. A Chinese YouTuber named “Ranger” has built a working Dragon Ball Z Flying Nimbus. How, you ask? Simple. He decorated a hoverboard with fluff and…BAM! He got himself one of the best costume features of all time.
The video below shows his running around Tiepei. People laugh, kids cheer, and it looks like a grand old time. Um…as long as the hover board doesn’t explode and unleash terrible fire upon his feet.
