Someone thought it would be a good idea to redo the recent trailer for 2016’s “X-Men: Apocalypse”. But what this someone did was keep the audio from the original trailer, but redid the visuals using clips from 1992’s “X-Men: The Animated Series”. That someone was right. The meticulous editing and choice of animated scenes gets my approval. See the video below:
