Re-animated dead bodies get more play than vampires these days. Thanks to the live-action adaptation of Robert Kirkman’s “The Walking Dead” series on AMC, it’s easy to see why. The popularity of the series has spawned a companion piece. Entitled “Fear the Walking Dead”, the spin-off series is set to debut this August. Though connected to the main series, it takes place in a different location with a different cast to shed a spotlight on a group of post-apocalypse survivors apart from the Grimes gang.
