What do Ghostbusters, Michael Jackson’s Thriller, Reagan-Bush campaign signs, and arcade parlors all have in common? They’re all now nostalgia from the 1984 depicted in the trailer for Stranger Things. The hit Netflix series debuted the official trailer for its second season at San Diego Comic Con this weekend and, let me tell you, things have gotten stranger. It definitely looks much darker than season one, which means more thrills. In an era where thrills and fright in horror movies has been significantly diminished, the back-to-basics approach that Netflix has taken with Stranger Things has more than satisfied horror fans and brought in a new generation.
