A 15 minute Ted Talk featuring Mixed Martial Artist Rich Franklin (below) has been making the rounds, and it is all about embracing your inner loser.

Taking place at the University of Chicago this past May, Franklin (29-7-1) spoke to a different type of capacity crown about how the match where he gave the least has taught him the most.

It’s a well thought out and –dare I say– inspiring presentation. The type that Ted is known for, but way more bad ass.
