It’s official. The movie SPECTRE has the biggest movie explosion ever, and it is certified by the Guinness Book of World Records. It is freaking awesome.

The raw #’s behind this explosion? Also awesome. They are as follows:

-8,418 liters of kerosene

-24 charges

– Each charge was connected to a computer chip for maximum precision

– It was equal to 68.47 tons of dynamite

– The explosion happens for more that 7.5 seconds

The official award goes to Chris Corbould, the movies Special Effects Supervisor, and he earned it.
