The final trailer to the upcoming film Logan was released today. With the film itself set for a release date of March 3rd, this trailer sets a more decidedly darker tone than the previous ones. With a barren landscape and Kaleo’s “Way Down We Go” playing in the backdrop, the Austrailian cyber-terrorist Reavers are included, as is the diminutive mutant savage, X-23. The trailer features a greater quantity of humor than before. Some of the humor consists of a few F-bombs being dropped courtesy of one-liners from Wolverine and Professor Xavier himself. Taking a cue from Deadpool, there’s also some metahumor in the trailer about actual X-Men comic books, with Wolverine discussing one with X-23 and Xavier. See for yourself below!
